Do I have to have an account to use CircleHood App?

You do not have to have an account to browse but if you want to buy, sell, join an event or comment on Wall posts then you have to be a registered user.

Can I leave CircleHood?

You can leave CircleHood and deregister if you wish. To leave CircleHood, you will need to send us the form mentioned in Section 13.b of our Terms & Conditions. Once we receive your request to leave, your account will be blocked, and you will not be able to access it. We would then check if there are any disputes or pending payments for transactions in-flight. As soon as all your obligations as either a buyer or as a seller have been met, we will close the account. Please note that you cannot withdraw this request and if you choose to use CircleHood App again in the future, you will have to sign up again.

How do I withdraw funds from my account?

You can do this from the CircleHood App itself from the Wallet menu which can be accessed via the Settings button in your profile. You will need to add a bank account to your wallet and upload a suitable KYC document (either your passport bio page or both sides of your driving licence). Once your KYC document has been processed, you will be able to withdraw funds to your nominated bank account.

If noticed content that is offensive or inappropriate. What do I do?

If you notice any content that is inappropriate, please contact us on support@circlehood.co.uk and include the date you noticed this content, the username that posted the content and include the post itself (image, text or both).

If I have an issue with my account, how do I contact you?

Can I join your beta testers and get access to new features?
